• If your Room 19 Studio jewellery is damaged, please contact us including a photo of the jewellery, we will see its condition for repairing and estimate the cost. Please expect that the repair price of each piece would be HKD$300 or above depending on situation.

• The possibility of repair is determined by the design of the jewellery. Some designs may look different after being repaired. Please contact us for detail discussion.

• Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred in the process of repairing. If the items are damaged or lost during the process of delivery, customers shall be responsible for all risks.
